Rich will fight for senior housing, require new developments to include units families can actually afford, and connect Norwalk residents to down payment assistance through CalHFA and LACDA.
Norwalk Jobs First
Rich will partner with Cerritos College on a small business incubator, champion the “Keepin' It Norwalk” buy-local program, and put his SELACO workforce experience to work building real career pathways for residents.

Rich LeGaspi has raised his family in Norwalk. His kids grew up in Norwalk-La Mirada schools and played on Norwalk's youth sports fields.
